FITTING


01. you'll need a faster computer to fit during the day
02. type "rlogin wundt" (enter your password) 
03. in unix shell type "fit_mr2mr.tcsh 10 MRQID"
04. you should receive mail when it's done

05. use the full path given in the mail to visually inspect the fit
06. type "cd" and copy the full path from the mail message (enter)
07. make sure you're in the 10_ACPC/login name dir
08. brains
09. load both the t1 and t2 images
10. set the crossbars at the point of the triangle of the 4th ventricle
11. using the "0" key on the number pad, toggle back and forth b/tn the 
	t1 and t2 images
12. make sure that the line you're looking at does not jump back and forth
	when you change b/tn modalities
13. repeat steps 10-12 for the following structures:
	- posterior bulb of the corpus callosum
	- anterior bulb of the corpus callosum
 	- 10 slices post to the most ant portion of the frontal lobe
	- 10 slices ant to the most post portion of the occipital lobe
	- eyeball

(use the various borders of a structure to help you determine whether or not 
this was a good fit)
